Rock and Pop Bands

Our Rock and Pop band program is a dynamic and continuously improving program at Ignite Music. Our main objective is to teach our students how to play together as a group while having a great time. Our classes deconstruct songs and recreate them to suit the specific group’s interests and instrumentation level. All of our tutors have played in performing bands for years and have developed a curriculum that accelerates the learning process of playing in a band. This is a highly social and fun activity with significant benefits for instrument and musicianship development. Our modern approach to group learning allows students to explore their own creativity within the group. Our program empowers our students to learn how to write songs, perform in a group, improve stage presence, analyze a piece of music, and rearrange songs in multiple styles.
